- Cleanse the area prior to placing the patch on.
- Peel the paper off of the patch.
- Place the patch under your arms, neck, or behind your ears.
- Keep the patch on for 8-10 hours.
- Remove the patch by wetting the area and gently peeling off.
WARNING: Removing the patch without it being wet or without using any type of oil to remove it from the skin will result in skin irritation and/or rips in the skin. DO NOT rip the patch off dry, without any water or oil to assist.
It is recommended to use one hour before bedtime. Use as frequently as 4 times a week, applying a patch every other day. You may see and feel results after one week but it is recommended to use consistently for one month.
